Confirmation of booking and availabilty of upgrade

Can you please confirm our booking Mr I & Mrs C Labuschagne booked through African Encounters in South Africa, arriving on Sunday 22nd January to 29th of January 2006 , booked in a superior room on a Fully Inclusive basis.

I have contacted your reservations via e-mail but recieved no reply, if there is any Junior suites available for the above period can you let me know and what will the cost be.

For now, we are full booked in Junior suite, but we can see on your arrival.
