Hi,

me and my partner have made a reservation in your hotel with turisanda, italy.
I am writing to confirm whether you have received all the documents concerning our reservation. is it possible to know where you plan to put us: room number, I mean.
I would also like to ask you how exactly the all inclusive package works: may we eat in every restaurant in the complex? or are we restricted ?

reservations should have been made for the 26th of july until the 3rd of August for Helena Rodrigues and Francesco Bonardi.

It can change again but you should be in the room 43.

All inclusive is only at the main restaurant, the other one à la carte is not in All inclusive.
