Hi,
From the 29th of august we are going to stay in your resort . I would like to make sure that you received our reservation. We booked in Belgium with Thomas Cook!
If it's possible i would also like to know what room my wife (she will be at that time) and me will stay in, so we can look it up on your map.
We're comming to visit for our HONEYMOON and are really looking forward to it.

Hello Peter, Thank you for choosing Karafuu hotel for your honeymoon. We have received your booking for a cottage room and honeymoon. Sorry, but for now i cannot give you the room number because the rooms are allocated few days before the arrivals. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay in Zanzibar. Regards Myriam

Thanks for your quick respons!
No problem, the most important is that you received our reservation in a good way and i can imagine that it's not possible to please everyone during this season.
Still, i would like to ask for a one favour: could you please make sure we receive a room with one "large" bed (and not with two single beds)! That would really be the max!!!!
