I have got a question and I hope that you can help me.
Clients of us are going to your hotel in december. They arrive of the 24th and they will leave on the 2nd of januari. Their names are Mr. Mertens and Mrs. van de Moosdijk they have booked via Oad reizen Netherlands.
This trip is their honeymoon so they choose your hotel to have a wonderfull time. Unfortunately a lot went wrong after they have booked this trip. A special thanks to KLM who cancelled their flight. They choose a new flight but again a lot went wrong when Kenian Airlines changed the flightshedule. Due to this problems the client has to leave on a day he didn't want to go and he was very upset. The client had 1 request and I promised him that I will try to confirm his request before he leaves. Because it is their honeymoon they would like to have a room with seaview. So can you please please please confirm a room with seaview for them??????? If it is a okay they will have a more pleasent honeymoon. We already sent you a fax but I really want to confirm their preference.
