Hi guys, my mother-in-law is due to arrive at your establishment I believe within the next 48hrs or so. Her name is Lenie Bryant, and they are travelling from South Africa.

I have visited Zanzibar myself and absolutely loved it, but my mother-in-law has not travelled in Africa at all. She is in her elderly years and as I am sitting on the other side of the world in New Zealand, I am concerned about her well being.

Whilst I am completely aware of your immaculate reputation, if you are able to take good care of her I will be eternally grateful. I do not expect her to receive any treatment not afforded to any of your regular guests, but I'm sure you can understand my concern for my mother-in-law.
